We're proud to offer free shipping on select products. Please note that for products with free shipping, the shipping cost will be automatically deducted from your total at checkout. For all other products, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout prior to payment, based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

At FitBody Pilates, we take pride in our commitment to shipping your Pilates equipment directly from the most trusted manufacturers, ensuring the fastest delivery times in the industry. Shipping charges published on our website are applicable for deliveries within the continental United States. For deliveries to other locations, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and military bases outside the U.S., please contact us at support@fitbodypilates.com for a quote.

Please note that most high-quality Pilates equipment is made-to-order and shipping estimates are subject to change without prior notice. We do not guarantee the delivery times of in-stock items as inventory may change at any time. If you are interested in specific Pilates equipment, please contact us at support@fitbodypilates.com to confirm the production and shipping times before placing your order.

Unforeseen delays caused by circumstances beyond our control may occur, such as shipping company delays, customs or border clearance delays, inclement weather, and natural disasters. In such cases, FitBody Pilates, our suppliers, and/or our logistics carrier partners cannot be held liable for or provide compensation for any delays.

SHIPPING PAYMENT TERMS:

Shipping payment terms are paid at the time of order at the displayed price and charged during checkout. If any charges accrue following the invoice's issuance and payment by the buyer, the buyer agrees that such charges are immediately due and payable, unless FitBody Pilates Equipment agrees in writing to other terms. For shipments to destinations other than the United States, the buyer is solely responsible for payment of any and all shipping, freight and delivery charges, sales taxes, import fees and duties, value added taxes, and any other charge incident to the buyer's receipt of our products.

FREIGHT SHIPPING FOR CONTINENTAL U.S. & CANADA:

Standard delivery for Pilates equipment within the continental U.S. and Canada is curbside, as close to your entrance or garage as possible. Large equipment is shipped via air or ground freight carrier and is carefully packed in a cardboard or plywood box and secured to a wooden skid. Curbside delivery is a lift gate service, and you do not need to assist the driver in removing the equipment from the truck. However, it is recommended that two people be available to assist with unpacking and carrying into the premises. You are responsible for unpacking, installation, and disposal of packaging materials.

The customer is responsible for coordinating the delivery with the shipper. Delivery prices quotes include one scheduled delivery attempt, and the carrier will call you to schedule your delivery. Delivery is usually done during regular business hours, and after-hours or weekend deliveries, if available, will be subject to additional charges. If the carrier attempts to make the delivery at the scheduled time and you are not present, a redelivery fee and storage fees may apply. Fees and policies vary from carrier to carrier and are the customer's responsibility. Please inform us at the time of order and before shipping if you are unable to accept your delivery during specific dates to avoid these additional costs.

Additional charges for stairs and unusual conditions such as narrow passageways will apply, and the freight quote may be adjusted accordingly if you inform us in advance. If you delay your delivery or must postpone it after scheduling it with the carrier, storage fees may apply. On occasion, unforeseen circumstances may cause your delivery to be rescheduled. While our typical service level is curbside delivery, each level can be customized to create a home delivery solution that meets your needs. Please note that shippers are not Pilates technicians, and they are not qualified to assemble your new equipment.

For international and overseas shipments, published shipping charges apply to deliveries within the continental United States only.
